These Terms govern access to Rich City League (“RCL”), including league pages, RCL Social, profiles, communities, Runs, messaging, fantasy features, media and related services. By creating an account or using authenticated services, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. RCL Social is a 16+ service. You must be at least 16 years old to create or operate an RCL Social account. RCL uses an age screen and may suspend or close an account if it determines the account holder is under 16.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting it, you grant RCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve RCL and its league/community services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to post your content.
Do not use RCL for threats, harassment, stalking, sexual exploitation, hate-based abuse, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, doxxing, malware, spam, unauthorized commercial solicitation, copyright infringement, or content that creates an unreasonable safety risk. Community-specific rules may add restrictions.
RCL may remove or restrict content, features or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or preserve league integrity. Repeated infringement or serious safety violations may result in termination.
Listings, Runs and community posts can describe physical activities organized by RCL or third parties. Unless expressly identified as an official RCL event, user-created activities are not operated or supervised by RCL. Participants are responsible for evaluating their own ability, venue conditions and personal safety.
RCL Fantasy is an entertainment experience based on league performance. Unless RCL expressly launches a separately governed promotion, it is not a wagering, sportsbook or cash-gambling service and users may not use RCL tools to organize unlawful wagering.
RCL responds to qualifying copyright notices and maintains a repeat-infringer policy. See the Copyright / DMCA Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, RCL services are provided “as is” and “as available.” RCL does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Questions may be submitted through RCL’s published contact channels.
